WELL-BEING CONSULTATION

Let's sit down and chat all things YOU! Together we will set goals, take measurements and put in place a program to ensure you achieve what you set out to.
Together we will set SMART goals, take body measurements (including blood pressure) and chat about how your fitness program can fit into your current lifestyle.
We will then put in place a detailed plan of how you will achieve your goals and what my role will be to ensure you get there!
