We completed two 12 Week Transformation programs which include nutrition and exercise programming. Our goal was to gain strength and increase muscle tone.

This client wanted some education around nutrition and exercise in the build up to competing at the Xterra traiathlon event in Hawaii. We also increased her strength and endurance in our 12 week transformation program.

In it for the long haul, this result was from 2 years of following my nutrition and exercise coaching program. Great amount of strength built and exercise habits that are continued today.
